WHY UNFUCKER?

Isn't that too "in your face" to be professional?

In 1997 I left a great job with a Wall Street firm to address a problem that continues to mushroom. It disturbed me when great people, important goals and proven technologies failed to coalesce. I didn’t laugh at the insider maxims that 70% of IT projects fail or are 3X over budget or time. I knew there was a better way.

Today the technology landscape is more exciting than ever, yet behind every wondrous marvel is a nefarious risk. Big Data, Smartphones, and near-universal access have dramatically multiplied the number of decisions we must make. Simplicity, clarity and agility must reign in order for an IT project to produce the results that seemed so achievable on the day before the kickoff.
